This could just be anxiety, but last Monday I cancelled an appointment with my gp about my ear problem, since it reduced, but came back all through the week. Mild pressure, sometimes feels heavy and aches, sometimes itchy. I have a mild pressure behind my nose, but its more towards the ears this time. It gives me constant tension headaches. I get dizzy going on escalators now. Not like before. I am clumsy and my head feels full. I get humming and ringing that comes and goes, but are mild. I get flare ups now and then, the flare ups affect my nose and throat. Yesterday I had this weird feeling where the humming went loud, I felt as if I was lightheaded and going to faint, so much pressure in my head, volume going down, ringing in the ear. (I'm born deaf in one ear.) The pins and needles move away from my head down to the legs. This only happened yesterday, but I had it many times before and lasts for a few seconds. It don't always come up. Now I plan to book another appointment, its reduced. I'm sure it'll be back again. Is it still worth seeing what's going on even if its gone so mild now? My anxious mind keeps thinking there's a tumor in there. Anxiety makes the feeling worse. Not sure if my sleep patterns might make it worse. Its hard to just ignore it. GP told in my last appointment that theres fluid in my ears.
you probably have allergies that can cause fluid in ears and those symptoms. your doctor can prescribe something or tell you what to get over the counter to get rid of the fluid and help you feel better.
yes, visit your doctor and tell him or her all your symptoms.
take care
I doubt it’s a tumor. I had a bunch of weird ear symptoms sometime back and thought I had an ear infection but it went away after awhile. I suppose it was just really bad allergies. I would get it checked out to see what’s going on, but I very very highly doubt you have ear cancer or anything of the like.
