Bit worried, just noticed this today any idea what this could be? It feels like a pea when i pressed on it with preasure how.
For the past year i feel like my neck has got stiff and does start to crack and click when i rotate.

I have a bump in my neck that freaked me out as soon as I discovered it. It's probably a muscle knot or something. However, it wouldn't be bad to check it out.
I have OA and Stenosis in my neck and even after 2 surgeries, I can still hear my neck cracking, clicking and it sounds like a crunching or grating noise when I turn my head from side to side.
But I would get the bump checked.
here's an opinion, I dont have the same problem as yours but same pain what we were having, I recommend that you go to general doctor and ask for x-ray, my pain start when im having muscle control or trying to move my head using the strength of my neck, try to relax even you are sitting, relax like, let your boddy support the head and neck weight and see the difference. always be aware of your neck. hope u understand.
