So some back story first I'm 22 and was diagnosed at 9 years old with ASD (Autism) , bi polar, generalised anxiety, i was on prosak, epilim, respiridone, abilify I was 24 stone and up until 2 years ago when I took myself I half a year later I was losing all the weight and then the past year I've struggled with health anxiety which the past 3-4 months has got much better and I'm not having regular anxiety attacks. But since Friday I've had a unusual headache well there's barely any pain at all but now a then when I move around it hurts a bit and then today my head feels weighted on top and there's not really any pain but with my anxiety it makes me really worry about it. I think it might be due to what I've got going on lately but Eith my autism I don't actually know if it is. I'm going to see my gf in Scotland in a couple of days and meeting her entire family, we've both decided to have a baby, few bits of stress at home this morning now to me I feel fine about it all but my brother said most people would be freaking out and panicking about a trip like this so I don't know if it's Rekated to that.
It sounds to me like it’s related to your anxiety. Sometimes with anxiety you can have symptoms for no reason, even if you don’t feel stressed. Just take easy as best you can and maybe contact your doctor.
Hi Curtis, Yes, traveling, meeting family and deciding to have a baby all can cause anxiety, but I think you have got this. Go have a good time and think about all the wonderful stuff you have ahead of you!

Thank you so much for your reply yeah I was thinking the same it's difficult at times when I feel down and physical a bit off and can't figure out why but that's my autism side of things. Yeah thank you I know once im there I'll be fine ☺️

Have you had your eyes checked in the last two years ?
At this time of year there is little sunlight and our eyes become strained. This is not helped when we use our mobile phones and computers,
If you are going up North you are most probably a little stressed especially with the decision you have made to start a family. Try not to worry. You will hopefully have a nic Christmas and New Year

Hey yeah I did a month ago was told I need new glasses I wear glasses all the time but it was my first test in 2 years and they've got slightly worse so I need new glasses but I have to save up as there expensive.
