i have this red thing where foreskin is attached to the penis, i feel uncomfortable when i pull skin.
the tip also feel burning sensation sometimes.

It doesn’t look like anything serious. The red skin at the tip could be due to a tight frenulum or tight foreskin. Consult a urologist to clear all doubts.
