For around a year or so, I have had issues with some stomach pain/discomfort (middle area mainly but also towards the right upper section) along with consistent Diarrhoea which very, very rarely lets off. Also worth adding that the colour being extreme dark brown/black is what made me want to sort this out
Initially got this checked at the GP who asked for me to do a FIT test which came back positive. Since then, I had a colonoscopy which was clear and since an endoscopy which, waiting on biopsy results, also looked fine from the report point of view.
I am at a bit of a loss at what could this be? I have tried different diets (Low FODMAP etc) but that brings no luck either. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
