Hi all been feeling unwell whole day.feeling heart beating irregular,getting hot and cold,nausea.chest pain body pain and head zaps.feeling very unwell.but dont want to go to ER again as you wait sometimes up to 6hours to be helped and by that time no more palpitations and ecg dont pick up anything.
Hi Francois go to your doctor and ask him to help with your anxiety.Ask to be referred to a therapist and start to take back control.Also practice relaxation techniques which you will find on YouTube.Try not to isolate yourself and also do not fixate on your symptoms.Listen to music,read a book anything you can do to lift your mind.
I am going through the same thing. I use Xanax. .025 very low dose to help anxiety. Rest sleep use calm from health store it really helps. God bless and remember this too shall pass

Welcome, I gather you are an Anxiety sufferer, and you have seen your GP, and are taking medication. I do gather you are a visitor of A and E so you need to understand you will wait to be seen as the Service is rather clogged up at the moment so it would be better to discuss your fears with your GP and He will arrange a Treatment Pathway for you, if this has not been already done.
You could try Relaxation Technique Mindfulness and Breathing Techniques to help you relax with your concerns.
When it comes to have frequent ECG with negative results it becomes counterproductive and in some instances may cause health problems. You need to understand if they find nothing you will need to accept that and move on.
Anxiety does cause your symptoms you need to understand everyone gets body discomfort and you are over sensitive to these sensations.
If not already tal to your GP, He will be getting results from A and E and will be able to address your fears and concerns

Went to fetch my medicine at hospital today.so thought while i am there let me go to ER and just check had irregular heartbeat 2days so wanted to get it checked.before going there i had it.when they did ecg all normal.then they did bloodwork and all came back normal.cardiac markers,magnesium iron,vit d3 etc all came back normal so they send me back home without a explanation what can cause it.just got home and it started again.it really scares me.any suggestions
