Its amasing how relatively small things can get you down for no logical reason and other days have no interest in anything.Big or small......

Who else has this feeling ?

Me!!! I was a crying mess last night. Today I'm just sleepy. Hopefully tomorrow I will be more energised and cheerful.

It's like I can be several different people all in the space of one week!....It's exasperating and horrible....Then it's all hunky dory for awhile!!!Best thing we can do is try to see the funny side of things when possible.....Hoping this goes as quickly as it came,feel better x

A sense of humour does help but it is draining and you feel more and more isolated x

Yes you do Hun. I find it hard to believe how you can feel like you are making so much progress then you just crash. I'm like "ok,I passed this level already,I should be on the next stage up now"lol 

You just get something set in your mind..sort through it and then on a bad day it hits you again like a ten ton truck.

I mean I'm called Gillian on it still but if you scroll over my name it says little miss sunshine. Mind you..I did start the account many years ago. Think I was a drunken ray of sunshine then :D xx
