well have really really enjoyed wearing them so have actually bought another pair now. not sure if they are going to make a difference but I do feel more tension in my legs, bum and thighs when walking so maybe they do only time will tell and at under £25 including postage worth it as they have basically replaced my old holey trainers.
if anyone wants to try them I got my from a famous auction site, just type in firmer body trainers
Ive seen these trainers on TV. I have a few questions if you dont mind.
1) Do they look ok on? I dont want to look like a prat.
2) can I wear them in the gym on the treadmill?
3) Are they easy to walk in?
4) How do they work?
answers:
1) I personally think they look like normal trainers just have a larger sole to them.
2) No idea about wearing them in the gym as not something I do, but I wouldn't see any real problems to wearing them
3) I love walking in them
4) From my experience the shape of the soles make you walk using your whole foot, the tread carries on up the back of the trainer slightly so you actually walk from the back of your foot right thro to the toes, a sort of rolling motion.
2 weeks in and gosh my buttocks are achey
Showed the nurse I had got some and she said \"great as they do seem to tone up\"
still really really enjoy walking in them and they have now become my everyday trainers and wear them all time as they are soooo comfy.
You have to remember to walk from the back of the heel through to the toes or you can stumble a bit but loving it and would recommend people getting them
