hi I ended up at my doctors cos my heart rate was going to fast hey sent me to hospital for an ecg which was normal I had my bloods takes n chest X-rays which was all clear they kept me in over night it took them a while to get my heart rate back down they have put it down to a viral infection but I was just wondering if. Anyone else as ever had there heart rate go to fast cos of anxiety
hey never had that personally for me..but i have heard its quite a common anxiety symptom..so dont worry..you got all clear by your docs so it double confirms you're healthy

ya i know..i feel like that everyday for the past 8 months..even now im worried cause i feel a weird sensation at my left side of my chest..

Yes my heart rate is always on the high end even resting. Some people just have high heart rates. If your Drs say ure ok then there's nothing to worry about.
Appears to be anxiety? You really need to follow up with your doctor! Doc could possibly refer you to mental health.
