Update.

My symptoms I was suffering from (Shakey, anxiety, heart racing, hands & feet tingling.) Have somewhat subsided. I've been on Celexa 10 mg for 5 weeks now, down from 20mg for a week. Had to down the dose because the symptoms were too brutal for me to handle. The only symptom that is still lingering is my Breathing. Tight chest, not feeling like I'm getting a full breath in my lungs..

sounds like good improvements. the tight chest is muscle tension caused by the anxiety you have currently. as time goes on, your anxiety levels should drop further, when they do, the temsion will ease. you can expect your anxiety levels to slowly drop over the next couple of months. if you havent already, cut out ALL caffeine. if you are anxious, any amount of caffeine will make the anxiety worse.

Thanks Nigel! I've been avoiding all caffeine, I've been drinking decaf coffee in the mornings. I enjoy the taste of coffee rather than the effects of caffeine. Lol to be honest I've always tried to limit caffeine because it makes me jittery.

Go on utube look up Rebekah Borucki and do her meditation for breathing. Trust me it will help you.
