At first the lump didn't hurt, but now a small white bump appeared behind the original lump

It hurts when I touch it and I think the skin lump is getting bigger? I've been changing my diet to add more fiber and water and I'm not taking big poops anymore- (also I'm 17 and I'm not comfortable talking about this with my mom..) but can someone please help me what else I can do to get rid of this.
