hello everybody, I am a bit confused here as emma has introduced herself recently as administrator/moderator on this forum, there was a grey star alongside name etc.
star is now missing
has anything changed, I have had no notification, I have also pm. messaged emma, just left wondering ?
hello V, thank you for reply, but I am struggling a bit to get a good nights sleep, seem to sleep better on sofa and i have just been pescribed anti depressant and anxieity tablets hope they will help, idont know if you are a man or a woman but it seems ;ike there are just ladies chatting here, so i dont really get into talking about stuff like problems the same as they do
Has the doc given you any advice re daily routines and night time rituals to help get your body into thinking about sleep time same time each night?
Robert has also been having troubles sleeping so I'm sure he can add some good advice too.
I tend to fall asleep on couch in evening then wake early hours take meds then get into bed. I have a wedge which keeps upper part of body slightly raised and helps when can't lie flat.
Patient UK have a pdf download called sleeping problems and Self Help Guide, you may want to check it out. ( Just type 'sleep patterns' in the search box from main Patient UK page).
Hope your tablets start working well for you very soon. Keep coming here anytime - I'm usually around, at least I pop in from time to time.
No worries about chatting same as the womenfolk, just do as and when you feel you want to, there aren't any laid down laws that you have to, just what you feel comfortable with.
