My doc upped my dosage of Buspirone from 7.5mg twice a day to 10 mg twice a day. This was last Wednesday. I feel like I'm back at square one right now. It hasn't been a week and I feel horrible. Is this normal? I have no appetite, nauseous, anxiety through the roof, shakey. Please tell me that it's just the medicine and I'm not going crazy! Any advice is welcome!!
Maybe it’s just anxiety in your head about the dosage increase. This is still a low dose, I wouldn’t worry about it but do tell your doctor. It always helps to talk and this forum is so helpful! Have you tried YouTubing panic attack relief?
it could be from the upped dose, which would be totally normal when increasing any anxiety meds (other than benzos) just keep being patient while the dose kicks in. easier said than done- trust me i know! but like alesha said, maybe youtube some panic relief videos. or just watch some videos of things you find funny/cute. anything to distract your mind and calm your body.
I never took that but have you tried Paxil? It gave me back my life.
