Upper Back Pain Right Hand Side Quadrant

What could be causing this particular pain that I seem to be having which I thought could be related to gall stones but after just having the GB removed and still experiencing the same pain I am curious as to if anyone else has experienced this type of pain.

If you take your left hand and put it over your right shoulder as far as it will go then it's about there that I feel this pain.

The pain is more on a particular spot around the shoulder blade, and eases if I lie down.

Having your GB removed doesn't instantly cure its aches, pains and niggles ya know, it'll be a few months before you truly notice the full benefit of having the useless thing out

Yeah I suppose your right if indeed it was the gall bladder that was/is causing the pain.

What else could it be? What is it about your ongoing condition that is worrying you the most?

Just not knowing what it is and that it's been going on for over a year.

On a more trivial note, why is it I see each others image profile per post on my mobile but not on the computer using firefox?

Hi I have been having a pain top right Back for 6 Months now. If i stand and walk its a burning Pain relief if I sit down tried physio and Massage but no relief Diclofenic takes some a pain away but when I stop taking it it comes back

Hi folks , just looking at this post , I had exactly the same symptoms about two years ago , i thought right this must be my gall baldder ! I actually had helicobacter infection and gastritis , what a relief to find out , had acourse of antibiotics to clear the helicobacter infection , and i use bicarbonate of soda to normalise the balance in my stomach for the gastritis , both these conditions are extremely painfull , i prefered not to take meds for the gastritis , and go down a more natural approach , it might be worth asking for a test for helicobacter to see if this is the case ? (Poo) sample is tested , then i had an endoscopy about two months later to see if it had cleared up , hope this may be of some help in trying to find out what the problem is ?

Kind regards
