Happy new year ladies , although mine hasnt started particularly well . All of my body from the chest up aches , it even hurts where my bra is . Ive had this previously a few months back and was convinced it was my heart , but was given the all clear . Now its come back again including back muscles and shoulders . Im also got my reflux back . I did have a period just before Christmas that was exactly one month after my previous one , having had three months without a period during the autumn . Im feeling so low and depressed thinking these symptoms are something sinister again . Cant talk to my husband about this , as I feel I am an old whinger . I am 51

Happy New year, it’s difficult to say don’t worry, I’m a bit of a 'googler’and that contributes massively to my negative thoughts, just get your symptoms checked out with your GP, my hubby is a good listener but not medically trained so give all your symptoms to the doc and let them do the listening and responding
