hello everyone. im new here so bear with me please! I really cannot recall how long ive been dealing with this "issue", but id say since fall of last year. Heres whats going on: Sudden onset pain in my upper left abdominal side (pain feels like a charlie horse pain, a little worse some times for than others.) Issue starts suddenly with no strain. I could just be laying down watching tv or sitting up with my kids and bam. It hits. i imediatley have to get up and stand up straight, stretch my arms in the air or at least rest them on my head and after a minute or so i can see on the outside and feel on the inside, a rolling over aka popping back into place sensation next to my stomach area. Some times the pain radiates into my left side of back. it happens maybe 1 or 2x a week however this last month has had an increase and now its usually 3x a week. this evening was the worst. as i stretched out, it took longer for the pain to pop back into place. Both my daughter and my husband have placed their hand right there on the left side of my stomach under my ribs and felt the popping rolling sensation with their hands. Sometimes i am left with random twitching sensations. This evening it would go away and when i tried to sit back down itd happen again, and again. im so fed up with this. i have no serious underlying conditions that i know of. just earlier this week ive been having a faster than normal heart rate and experienced chest pain that was unusual. i have no disorders or diseases that i know of. im 34, ive had 4 births ... ive never sustained any sort of injury to my left side. I do tend to deal with lower abdominal issues (gassy, egg burps at times, gastroenteritis) I had GERD as a baby and sometimes deal with on and off heart burn. ive been trying to log what ive eaten when this issue ocures however there is nothing that im emotionally or physically doing that would lead me to believe its diet related, anxiety related, etc. I do take clonazepham 1mg as needed and Excedrin when i get random headaches. i do not drink or smoke. My mom has had issues with her gall blader when she was my age. any input would be nice. ive tried to raise the issue with my pcp many months ago but he just said lets keep an eye on it. im not sure how to even address the issue to any dr because everyone else has just looked at me weird. lol im hoping someone here has a similar experience or could shoot me some advice? i do plan to re see my dr but id like to go in with knowledge. thanks!!!
