Hi, I am a 24 year old. I've had upper left chest, left upper back pain, and left upper abdominal pain for years. Sometimes it can feel sharp in nature and sometimes it is more like a deep pressure. I've seen several specialists and they've ruled out the most dangerous stuff. I have a history of GERD. I'm starting to think what I am feeling is esophageal spasms. I have had an intermittent globus sensation on the left side of my throat for a year. All of this seems to be progressively worsening. Does anyone have any possible idea what this could be or any remedies for it?? It is awful and I am in a good amount of pain.
