Upper right rib dull ache + back

Hey

So I've been having a dull back ache for about more than a month I'm not sure to be honest. But it's in my upper right quadrant by the rib cage and it more dominant in the back area of that section. It feel tender when I bend to that side but it doesn't cause serious pain it's just annoying. If I lay down after a while I may feel radiating discomforts around the rib and back. I've had about 3 ultra sounds. Nothing. And  ct scan (Kidney urinary tract and bladder) without contrast (for what reason i don't know why they didn't use it) and nothing they did mention my spleen pancreas liver gallbladder and colon nothing! Like what ! I'm a 19 year old female and not my built is slim. But this is worrying me because I have a feeling something is being missed. My last resort is a pulled muscle or nerve. I don't know anymore. I try to just let it go as back pain. But something tells me it's not just a back pain. Should I visit a gastroenterologist? The pain is right under my breat area on the rib cage. And is more frequent in th back. I do have costochondritis by the way. And a 10 degree curve in my upper spine as well. Plz help me. Any advice will be of help plz 😔

I have had costochondritis and it affected my whole ribcage, my breasts predominantly, and very slightly round my back.  It went away after three months. Maybe you are having a particularly bad flare up of your costochondritis.  Your symptoms sound very similar to what I had.  I thought I had pulled a muscle too and started carrying my brief case with my right hand because initially the pain was more on my left.  Gradually the pain spread to my right ribcage too.  I was told stress had caused it.  This was true because I had had several months of extreme stress. I was told to take Nurofen and wait it out.

Have them take a closer look at your pancreas and gall bladder. Pain radiating to your upper back is typical  in problems with both.
