I’ve been getting pain in the urethra throughout the 7 weeks. No discharge, no pain while urinating or ejaculating, no blood in semen or urine. Just irratation/pain in my urethra. Could that be a sign of genital herpes? I did took the igg blood at 6 weeks, came back negative. I’m a guy, so has any other dudes have the same issue? I read that urethritis is related to herpes. I did received unprotected oral sex. But then again, it was pretty rough when i was receiving oral sex, and it flare up again when i masturbate rigorously after weeks of not masturbating. So idk
