Had oral 2 years ago. Meatus got swollen about 3 months ago with frequent urination due to itchiness. Everything became normal and the situation has arised again after 2 months with ticklish testicles aswell.
Seems unlikely that the oral 2 years ago would be the cause.
John, if your concern is an STD, it seems more likely a bladder infection, or something similar. An STD would not wait 2 years to show indications in most cases.
Drink lots of liquids... cranberry juice is the most suggested. It may clear itself after a bit, but an antibiotic may be necessary. I think it has gone on long enough and you should see an MD.
