hello,

i have had ongoing problems in my urethra the top left area of urethra (in penis) is constantly sore i can feel it
Doctors have found no infection and nothing from a cystoscopy to indicate any blockages, stones etc they have also tried anti fungal creams

The only thing that helps with pain is a hot bath

its constant and its affecting my mental health as cant enjoy sex or have it cuss to much pain

they dont think its anything to do with bladder as pain is just in urethra at top left

no idea what to do now as its painful and ruining my mental health and sex life

Do you frequently have sex and masturbate?

Not much as been in to much pain and discomfort. went two weeks without and still same pain and discomfort

I guess you need to refrain from sex and masturbation a bit longer and do salted sitz bath unless your condition improves.
