hello, i am 20 years old, i only recently got into a relationship with a same sex partner and only received oral sex, we are both virgins but i have started noticing something weird happing to the shaft of my penis, everything has been painless and has not physically pained me or bothered me, and thus freaking out over the smallest thing. i have provided pictures of my situation in order to try and get an explanation on what might be going on, please help me, thank you!
