Urgent please help!! Cut on vagina

I have what looks like a cut on my vagina and a little red rash around it. I got my blood work done a week or so ago unrelated but my white cell count was high.

i thought it was razor burn until i saw the cut.

the cut is right at the opening above the clitoris.

how big is it? is it just red
