Urgent throat problem

hi! i have been in a pretty excruciating throat pain for the last week. This problem began a month ago but stopped for a few weeks. I have a hard time eating and drinking because of the pain.

i tested negative for throat gonorrhea. i am still stessing out tho. what can this be??
