Has anyone else suffered from incontinence following a urethral dilatation? I had an operation in October due to repeated uti's as a result of a narrow urethra.
Since then I have had a number of episodes of incontinence both urge and stress which is making my life hell.

I saw my urologist yesterday for follow up after op.I am on my 3rd course of antibiotics for recurring urine infection! He has told me op didn't work so I have to go for procedure once a week where they insert fluid via a catheter to coat my bladder to stop infections and hopefully incontinence.I am so fed up and stressed
Also try drinking cranberry juice as often as you can. This is a very alkaline drink and will do wonders for your bladder infection, instead of drinking tea or pop. Also drink lots of tap water and not bottled water, which is also acidic.
