so 2 months ago I was at the dermatologist and was diagnosed with balanitis. I was assigned a travacort (Diflucortolone Valerate, Isoconazole Nitrate), it worked and cleared the symptoms. unfortunately a week ago I noticed reddening at the urethral opening (it was bigger than in the current l photos) and decided to use travacort again. I don't know if I should still use it or not. what bothers me the most is the purple stain under the urethra. I don't know if this could be related to a bacterial or fungal infection, but I decided to start using furazidin as well. should I stop or take other medications?
