For days, Ive been dealing with open sores all over my vagina and when I urinate I almost scream to the top of lungs. Ive tried peeing in the shower and that didnt help, I tried running water over it and that didnt help. i need suggestions asap.
Maybe drinking only water so it dilutes the pee? or trying to limit what you drink or eat in a day so it decreases the amount of times you need to go to the bathroom.
but first and foremost would be the obvious which is to make sure you get those open sores treated. and when you do ask the doctor anything to help with the stinging when going to the bathroom
Spread the labia as much as you can to reduce the wetting.
also another could be to pee in a cup. it sounds gross but if youre able to get just your tip in without peeing over the place it could reduce the pain in other areas. id say to try this in the shower first
