Urine with red particules at the end

Hello every one, I’ve dealing with my BPH for about three years, now I’m taking finasteride and tamsulosin, my PSA is  2.35. I notice when I go to urinate and at the end come some kínd or red small  particles, they are nota blood and with a small quantity. I wonder what could it be

Anything unusual in your urine warrants a call to your urologist. Strangers on the internet cannot diagnose the problem.

It sounds to me like kidney stones. I have passed stones that look like what you describe, do you have any pain?

You can't speculate. You need to go to your Doc & he will do a Urin analysis (pee in the cup) & tell you for sure.

Thanks Craig and yes, I have some pain when I p**s, mainly when I  don’t drink water enough and when summertime is coming, probably you are very right it could be stones
