hi all I had a urolift 10 months ago. I had extreme urges and frequency about 3 weeks later that were impossible to control. i then had botox injection in bladder and was on betmiga for 3 months. my last urologist appointment was end of Jan 2020. since then have been mostly good with odd bad day or week here and there. in the last 3 weeks its gotten worse seems every few days the urges are too strong and frequency is back. sometimes i go twice in 30 minutes. i am seeing urologist today seeking answers and solutions. my question is has anyone experienced this and then overcome it? i was told 4-8 weeks and id be fine. but almost a year later and still have these issues. given i am dry now with the odd minimal leak so i am better than 9 months ago but still not back to normal and its weird the last 3 weeks have been getting worse, i was much better 4 months ago. did anyone struggle with urge and frequency for extended time like a year or more and still get fully better. i need some hope. at the time of uroloift i also had laser bladder neck incision. thanks Nick
hello, i am also dealing with profound urgency after uro lift procedure. i had the urolift on 15 june 2020 . frequent constant urination is the reason i had the uro lift . its. worse now . i have been medicine for over active bladder since the surgery . i am stopping the medicine , because its causing the frequency to be worse . yesterday my urologist wants to do the turp surgery , i am not ready to go back to surgery at this point . also. those of you who commented that the uro lift was like" brushing your teeth " my experience was totally different , the burning pain after the procedure with cathidure was inserted was unbearable ! and i am no stranger to pain . so , i am not happy with the current results.
