Hi, went for my results today - seems I have a growth two and a half cm (1 inch) on the bladder. Going in next week for its removal and for it to be sent to the lab for analysis. I had bladder cancer 7 years ago but the symptoms this time are different so I'm crossing fingers that it's not the cancer back and something less sinister. At least I know now after weeks of speculation. I am being positive - if it has come back - well I beat it 7 years ago so I'm determined to do the same.

Good luck I hope it's good news. But at least if not it sounds like it's caught early. Fingers and legs crossed.

Thanks Caroline. Yes hopefully if it is the C back .- then caught quickly. 7 years ago I was told by many medics that IF you have to get the dreaded cancer then the bladder is the best place - easier to cure!!
