Hi Stan, I would advise you to join the Facebook Hemifacial Spasm International Support Group where there are many people from the US. The files section in this group has lists of the best surgeons/hospitals and there are also some recommendations for Botox practitioners. Please shout if you are unable to join for any reason and I will do some research for you within that group.
