HAs anybody applied EM microorganism and B12 for skin repair or for LS?
No, however I have tried vitamin d cream without much success. Creates more irritation than repair.
What exactly are the therapies, I am not familiar?

"Effective microorganism" EM is naturally-occuring beneficial microorganisms used for farming, livestock, environmental cleanup of lakes etc - used in Japan and to a small degree in Switzerland.
A friend of mine gave me a skin cream with EM and B12 - I am told is great for problematic skin conditions.
