I am 30 married. On first visit urologist identified it as a minor fungal infection. it was just around the rim of head of penis. Urologist prescribed Clotrimizole.
It didnt work so on second visit he said its Balanitis. He prescribed Clobederm Ointment. (Clobetasol Propionate Ointment). Used it for few weeks. Now its been 7 months. And its spreading on the penile head. Its itch some times around the rim where it started. Little discomfort while sex/masturbation. Dry skin peels off.
Thanks for the further detail: how regularly did you apply the Clobetasol, for how many weeks, and are you still using it now … ?
Have you seen the Urologist in the last few weeks? When did the head of your penis take on this general white appearance on the top layer of your skin … ???
