using a spa

i recently saw a discussion started by a new member about being able to swim with ls.  then i remembered we've had outdoor spas since 1994.  currently living in a rental house and building a house which should be (fingers crossed) ready to move on mid october and already picked out the spa we want.  any concerns about ls and a spa?  thanks everyone.

Yes you can swim - just don't sit around in a wet cozzie. I would suggest you go with salt water as opposed to chlorine too. Good luck and enjoy your spa 😎

i never  used salt water in my hot tub - not sure it's recommended.  i could just leave out all chemicals.

Even better!

Depending -  I believe that the chemicals are harmful.

Therefore, I think that the saltwater suggestion makes sense.

Last week I sat in natural Hot Spring.  That is filtered mineral water.  It was very soothing and 'no harm done'.  Actually, I think I benefitted from it.

But wish to emphasize the word: natural.

thanks for the input.  some spa manufacturers might not  honor a guarantee if it's not maintained according to their instructions.  but heck with that - i'll just leave them out.  the spa we're getting as what's called an ozonator that filters the water.
