I want to know if I have pre cum on my penis during foreplay then should I wash my penis before placing a condom just before penetration? If I don't do so, is there any chance of that pre cum getting on the outer area of condom while rolling it down.

ofcourse not, now if it bothers you, what you can do is just wipe it off before putting the condom on, but it shouldnt be a problem as precum cells dies faster than regular sperm,
