is there anyone out there who has to take warfarin alongside an antidepressant and how did you get on?

I'm glad you raised this issue, as I'm in a similar situation. I'm right now switching from Warfarin to Dabigatran (Pradaxa), and was also prescribed the antidepressant duloxetine (Cymbalta). I'm told that duloxetine does not interact with Warfarin -- so if you're prescribed the same, you need not worry.
On the other hand, I was told by the heamatologist that duloxetine has a "moderate interaction" with dabigatran -- however I don't know how this interaction is going to be monitored . If anyone has experience with this and wants to comment on it, it will be appreciated.
Thanks for your reply. I am on warfarin, imthinkmit makes me tired. Also tired and fatigues with depression. Tried duloxetine, sertraline,pregabalin, lofepramine and mirtazapine. None seem to work and i wonder if its the warfarin stopping it. Hope some others come forward who take these two types of med to gather a picture.
