went to doctor bc the tip of my pee hole burned, penis felt sour in shaft, and bladder pain. she examined me and tested my urine to find traces of a UTI. I was given Batcrim which helped a bit but the symptoms are still there and i'm almost done with the pills. now the symptoms are more mild but I think its because I've been taking Azo pain relief pills aswell. now my left testicle feels weird like it hurts. not sure if its the testicle or the wire stuff connected to it. is testicle pain normal for a UTI? and if the pain keeps happening after my medicine runs out, any suggestions? I had unprotected sex 4 months ago if that helps. I got chlamydia from that but all the symptoms went away after some meds. also got tested for stds and came back clean but i do have hsv type 1 ( cold sores ) but I never get bumps or anything. also was having issues with my penis bc i was nonstop feeling pain so I was given alot of bactrim before, turns out I just have very sensitive nerves the urologist said. so maybe the UTI is resistant to the Bactrim? any advice?

Yes certain infections can lead to cases of Epididymitis which would involve pain generally in one of your testicles. The epididymis is one of the tubes towards the back.
