hello everyone i'm 20 y/o male, i'm kinda lost at this point I have all UTI symptoms-.. Cloudy urine A burning sensation when urinating Strong-smelling urine A strong, persistent urge to urinate and not a lot of pee comes out I wake up once a night to go to the bathroom I have 0 pain, only the symptoms above^ I did urine test and it came out negative and then my doctor sent me to do ultrasound and they said everything is fine at that point I lost faith feeling everyone thinking i'm lying for some reason so I decided to take D-mannose it does help a lot you don't feel any burning when peeing, no pee smell, pee looks white, but i still go in to the bathroom frequently would like to know if someone had such an experience and how they solved it
