**best friend contacted me tonight telling me she's still got brown/red stringy discharge coming away from her, saying every time she wipes its like stringy and clots , she has the coil inserted and that's due out this year at some point, but she's a bit concerned what it could be as she's never had an thing like it before she has me worries now and in have no idea what to tell her told her to go for a bath with some ssalts but this hasn't help ladies can you's help ????

she’s never had a regular period while on the coil but when she bleeds it’s never heavy it’s more like dry blood but now it’s all sticky clotting and stringy
how long has she had in it? is she having it out as its due for replacing??if shes concerned id see a doctor
5 years she says it’s due out in June this kinda blood browny stuff has just came on last 3 days, she is worried about it she thinks it’s something serious she was on an antibiotic for a bacteria infection but came off it for 2 days and started it again so could be that I said.
