For the past 10-12 months I've noticed these masses forming at entrance of my vagina/in my vaginal opening. Occasionally, they feel rough or bumpy. I've been pregnant for the past 7 months. They seem to be growing, bulge out from my vagina when I sneeze or cough. Is it just me or are they also dark in color? Been battling vaginal dryness, severe itchiness, and itchy, watery to yellow and glue like discharge over the entire pregnancy. I am on state-funded Pregnant Womens Medicaid and feel my OB/Gyn has blown past my concerns. He claimed all my bloodwork and PAP came back clear. Are they cysts, polyps, fibroids, or tumors? Help please!
