ive entered a relationship where we are sexually active and ive had some pain while urinating for a few days then itll stop with no sex but then after we do have sex the pain ensues. should i be worried for an std i have no discolored discharge or itchiness but sometimes there is pain during sex but i associated that with lack of lubricant

Your vulva looks normal, there is nothing unusual on the photo in your vaginal region. You might have piles, though, but this is not related to your issues. On the other hand, you might have urinary tract infection (UTI) which is not visible on the photo.
