Vaginal Itching .. please help, I’m a little worried. Is this normal?

I attached pictures and im not sure if my vagina has bumps or what this itching is coming from.. Does anything look abnormal? For the past few days , I have been having some vaginal itching and smelly discharge .. the smell is starting to go away but the itch is still there . I applied some monistat itching cream and it has calmed it down .. but I still would like answers. 1. No, i am not burning when i scratch or burning when i urinate. 2. This discharge comes and goes every now and then , but it is white and thin. Please help asap! I'm worried this could be something serious. :(

The photo is very small, but there might be some VP and Fordyce spots. Both normal. I still don’t see anything unusual.
