I've been noticing an increase in discharge lately. Its milky white and doesn't seem abnormal. I have began to notice some small bumps here and there that are painless and resemble razor bumps more than anything else. I recently have been having a lot of rough sex with the same person and I have began to notice my vaginal opening looking clover-like. It started with one circular part and when I looked today there were there circular parts (see picture). The first picture was taken about a week ago. The opening looked normal after that and I had sex afterwards too that was painless. The last picture was taken today. This is not painful but if I put my finger in it feels looser in a way. Any thoughts as to what this might be?[
