I'm on antibiotics as the dr thought it was a cyst however I've come to the end of them and still in so much pain and discomfort

If you have burning and redness, it could be Lichen Planus. I have this and its really painful, especially sitting. The white things are milia, caused by inflammation probably. If it doesn’t go, you need to be seen by a vulval dermatologist as its important to get this diagnosed and if it is LP it needs to be treated.
