for a couple of days ive been feeling vaginal pain and it feels like muscle spasms. i also feel pain on the entrance of my vagina sometimes. is this cause for concern? i am not sexually active

hi, is the pain accompanied with an itch ? is your vulva swollen or irritated/reddish ? did you just have your period ?

the entrance of my vagina does sometimes itch but only when i’m wearing tight clothing and it rubs against it. no odor and my vulva is not irritated. i have not had my period yet i should start on the 20th. sometimes it radiates to my rectum or the sides at the outside of entrance of vagina. it has been happening for about 5 days.

i should also add that its not like a period cramp. its more like the vagina than uterus or cervix

has anything happened to you up until the pain started like rough sex , masturbation ? is the pain pulsating or piercing ?

i used to be sexually active until 6 months ago and i dont remember having rough sec so probably no. i do sometimes stick my fingers inside to make sure everything is in check. the pain depends i think more like pulsating but sometimes piercing.
