Sometimes I get ingrown hairs on my crotch area or vaginal lips. Today there was a bump-like thing forming near my vagina. It eventually got bigger and formed into a sore(?)- like thing that hurts when I touch it. I also got sick(?) yesterday and have an extremely sore throat, I don't know if they're related. I've never had an STI before but I'm worried that it might be signs of one since I don't know what else it would be. I'm really stressed out. Please help
It's probably not an STI, but it's hard to say without pics (and not always easy with them).
I'd see a doctor if I were you. You could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, you could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.

Don't be nervous about seeing a doctor though. Sure, it might not be an enjoyeable experience, but it's your health we're talking about, and this may not be something that just fixes itself. Doctors have seen everything, including stuff muuuch more embarrassing than what it sounds like you have. Either you have something that needs treatment, in which case you should see a doctor sooner rather than later, or you'll find out that it doesn't need treatment and you'll be able to stop worrying about it.
