I attached a photo of the sore and somewhat itchy bumps I just noticed near the opening of my vagina. I also have a white discharge and just finished taking antibiotics for a UTI which leads me to believe it may be thrush/ a yeast infection. However the bumps put me off that idea. I doubt it would be STDs or STIs as I only have sex with my partner and we are both clean. However, maybe it is too frequent and too much so it caused some irritation? Please help!

This just looks like vestibular papilloma to me. A normal thing that everyone with a vagina has, some more than others. I also agree that you likely have a yeast infection as i can see some white discharge, and you said it itches. Dont stress but you could ask your doctor next time you go to ease your mind.
