I'm 20 years old, no previous sexual history except for using toys/hands. I don't get herpes sores or anything (orally or on genitalia). I recently switched to Escitalopram and have had irritation from a hemorrhoid, for which I tried using "Germoloids" cream once, a couple days ago. I have also found a partner (long distance, never met) and my sexual activity has increased. It may be friction related? Perhaps things were too dry or too wet for too long. I'm so worried!! What could this be?
