Vaginal tear from sex

My boyfriend and I made the mistake of not using lube a few days ago (NEVER AGAIN). I developed some tears below my vulva and now I'm wondering if I should get it checked out? I have never torn before and I can't find many references to know if it's healing normally. (Photos have been taken over the course of 5 days).

For now, we are not having sex, I am using an ice pack periodically, washing the area twice a day with warm water/unscented soap, and applying a tiny bit of Aquaphor. Any tips or advice is much appreciated!!

hey hun that looks like herpes to me , it can also come in forms in slits/tears and i see you had an ulcer too . herpes can lay dormant in the body for years before the first outbreak xx

Hmm I’ve made an appointment jsut to be safe but wouldn’t herpes come up in testing? My boyfriend and I get tested regularly and haven’t had other partners for a while now.

hey herpes isnt tested for in a nornal std panel you have to specifically request it
