Hi I'm just wondering if anyone could help me I've taken Valium 2 mg for around 3 and half weeks to some how help me sleep, I would sometimes skip doses last night I took 1 mg should I just take this for a week then stop? Will I experience withdrawl on this dose? Any info would help 🙂
You have taken such a small dose that you shouldn’t get withdrawal effects from 2mg 2x day. You should be able to stop them with out reducing but if you wanted you could do 1 every other night

That’s a very short amount of time and low dose to experience any kind of withdrawal especially if you had skipped doses. I’ve only used Valium in times of need here and there. Usually withdrawal comes after dependency and over use.
